MISCO Directors Network (MDN), a network of individuals who wish to provide their services as directors on Malta companies, is launching its first workshop this month which will cover the theme: ‘The Challenges of Non-Executive Directorships’.
MDN is creating a network of excellence of persons who are already in board directorship positions or who are interested in joining this growing cadre of professional non-executive directors. This interactive workshop endeavours to answer the question – what are the challenges that non-executive directors are facing on boards?
It will be facilitated by Lawrence Zammit and Joseph F.X. Zahra.
The Launch Workshop will be held from 09:00 to 13:00 hours at MISCO Training and Development Centre in Mriehel on the 25 January 2013. Limited space is available, therefore registration is highly recommended.
Deadline for registration is 18 January 2013.
