We are seeking to engage a part-time Receptionist (afternoons from 1pm to 5pm). The firm seeks to recruit enthusiastic individuals to support the firm’s day-to-day administration.
The selected person will be responsible for all office administration including phone calls, filing, reception duties and other office assistance that may be required. S/he may also be responsible for supporting in clients’ needs and requests.
The ideal person will have experience in a similar position. Experience in a similar office environment will be considered an asset. S/he must possess excellent communication, organisational skills and must be able to work on own initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required for the person to carry out his/her duties.
