We are seeking to engage a part-time Receptionist (afternoons from 1pm to 5pm). The firm seeks to recruit enthusiastic individuals to support the firm’s day-to-day administration.
The selected person will be responsible for all office administration including phone calls, filing, reception duties and other office assistance that may be required. S/he may also be responsible for supporting in clients’ needs and requests.
The ideal person will have experience in a similar position. Experience in a similar office environment will be considered an asset. S/he must possess excellent communication, organisational skills and must be able to work on own initiative. Applicants must be fluent in both English and Maltese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required for the person to carry out his/her duties.
