David Zahra & Associates Advocates once again collaborated with FinanceMalta, the public-private initiative entusted with the promotion of the Maltese financial services industry, R&P Legal, a renowned law firm with offices throughout Italy, and this time also with Studio Rubini & Partners, in delivering on the second stage of its Blockchain Roadshow events.
This time, Gianluca Busuttil represented DZ&A in two different events entitled “Utilizzare La Blockchain A Malta: L’innovazione Attraverso La Regolamentazione”, which were held back-to-back in Genoa and Verona, and both of which were once again met with positive feedback.
Gianluca Busuttil’s presentation consisted in an introductory review to the basic notions of blockchain technology and the innovative regulatory framework which has been recently developed in Malta.
The event also consisted of a panel discussion, during which Gianluca Busuttil discussed the merits of regulating blockchain technologies, as well as the practical steps towards achieving a regulated VFA Whitepaper or VFA licence in Malta.
This event and its precursor in Turin and Milan were extremely well-received, and saw DZ&A hold centre-stage in four different Italian cities, while making numerous contacts throughout. DZ&A certainly looks forward to participating in similar events in the future as well as following up on the numerous contacts made.
