We are seeking to recruit highly motivated Associates to join our young and growing team.
Responsibilities include:
– reviewing and drafting of corporate and commercial documents. This will include documentation in connection with the incorporation of companies, general corporate matters, corporate re-structuring, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
– researching, drafting and compiling documents in relation to financial services.
– providing consolidated legal advice and assistance to clients.
Requirements are:
– Qualified lawyer with a warrant to practice law in Malta.
– At least two years of experience in a similar role.
– Self-motivation and proactive with strong communication skills, in both Maltese and English.
Candidates with less years of experience are also encouraged to apply for other junior roles.
