We are currently expanding our dynamic team of legal professionals and are in search of an Associate to further bolster our firm’s operations. Our firm prides itself on a collaborative culture and a commitment to excellence in serving our clients across various legal domains.

Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and drafting of corporate documents, including authorizations, statutory forms, and other materials related to general corporate matters, restructuring, divisions, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents, ensuring they meet our clients’ needs and legal standards.
- Engage in detailed research, drafting, and compilation of documents pertaining to financial services, contributing to our firm’s expertise in this area.
- Provide consolidated and strategic legal advice and assistance to our clients, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes.
Requirements are:
- Must be a qualified lawyer with a warrant to practice law in Malta.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid foundation in corporate and commercial law.
- Exceptional self-motivation and proactivity, coupled with strong communication skills. Proficiency in both Maltese and English is essential.
- Candidates with a keen eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and a dedication to continuous learning and professional development are highly desired.
