He has concentrated on financial services, competition law, trust law and Arab commercial laws in his post-graduate studies on a Chevening scholarship at the University of London (King’s College), where he was awarded an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial law with distinction.
David lectures in Comparative Frameworks in Business and Ethics (Islamic Finance) as part of the M.A. Business Ethics degree offered by the University of Malta. David also acts as supervisor and examiner of law students submitting their thesis in the LLD and dissertation in the M.A. Financial Services courses at the University of Malta.
