Krista is a Senior Associate at David Zahra & Associates Advocates. She is actively involved in corporate restructuring and M&A, and her main practice areas are commercial and corporate law, and employment law. Moreover, she has also practiced in the tax department of one of the leading audit firms and in fact her thesis concentrated on analyzing the meaning of beneficial ownership in the double taxation treaties.

Krista lectured in the Business and Corporate Law Module (F4 ACCA Module), and currently lectures on Maltese Employment Law with Lead Training Services and Company Law with the Malta Institute of Taxation.

Krista is a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates, the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, International Bar Association, International Association for Young Lawyers, as well as the Malta Institute of Accountants.
